BETMY Driving School - Terms & Conditions Thank you for choosing BETMY Driving School. Please read our terms and conditions for booking lessons and driving tests. 1. Payment & Booking Payment Deadline: Payments must be made at least 7 days before your lesson with your full name as a reference. Payment Method: Direct Transfer Only Business Account Details: Bank Name: BETMY Sort Code: 20-19-97 Account Number: 53680541 Non-Refundable Fee: 25% of the payment is non-refundable. Cancellation Policy: You must give 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will incur full charges for the lesson. 2. Lesson & Pickup Pickup/Drop-off Location: We can only pick you up at the address provided at the time of booking. Lesson Timing: Lessons will now start at 7:30 AM (previously 8:00 AM) with a 30-minute gap between sessions. 3. Driving Test Booking Do Not Book a Test: Please do not book a test before confirming with us. We must agree you are test-ready and confirm availability for the test date. Test Car Fee: There is a fee to use a clean car for the test and drop-off. 24hrs Driving Test Support: We provide 24hrs support for driving tests to help you with any questions or issues before and during your test day. 4. Weekend Lessons Weekend lessons now start at 11:00 AM (previously 8:00 AM). Premium Rates apply for lessons outside regular hours. 5. Driver’s License & Check Code Driver’s License: Please bring your driver’s license to each lesson. Check Code: You must generate your check code before your lesson here: www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence. 6. Test Attempts If unsuccessful after three test attempts, the test fee will be waived, and you will be charged our standard hourly rate for further lessons. 7. Photo Consent By attending lessons, you consent to your photo being used on our website. If you prefer not to have your picture published, please inform the instructor in advance. 8.
